We both consider ourselves at home in Japan. We returned there after spending five years in Los Angeles and one year in Paris. We now live in an apartment in the center of Tokyo and have more opportunities to visit and enjoy many places.
We arrived in August, directly from South America. Akiko and Julien went to spend a few days on an island in Okinawa while I looked for a place to live in Tokyo. After this, Julien went to a tennis camp in Karuizawa and we did a little tour to visit Karuizawa, Matsumoto, Takayama, Shirakawago, and then returned to Tokyo for the begining of the school year.
